My Research
Research Interests
I am primarily interested in political science research methodology. My current research project, Individual Determinants for the Excusal of Islamophobic Violence, is generously funded by NCSU's SPIA SURE grant and the John W. Pope Foundation's undergraduate research grant. I designed a novel two-level factorial survey experiment to probe the US population's endorsement of violent events. The first survey was collected in July 2024 with 1900 respondents. The second survey will be conducted in Winter 2024 to investigate the efficacy of a modified treatment scheme. My mentor for this project is Dr. Zlatin Mitkov.

I am a research assistant for Dr. Jessica Liao with her work characterizing co-financiers of Chinese loans and Chinese free trade agreements.
